shipping policy
Please allow us to process your order within 2 - 3 business days after your order has been complete. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with order details. Standard shipping will take 5 - 10 business days. However,
previous customers have experienced earlier shipping times. Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed.

return & exchange policy
Due to safety and health concerns, currently, we are not allowing customers to exchange or return packages. Only under limited circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Also, once items have been altered, or worn we are no longer responsible. We do not offer same-day pickup for extensions, however, we do offer same-day pickup for apparel. Please be aware that if you receive a refund for any reason, you will be charged a small processing fee. Refunds usually take 3-7 business days, you will receive an email stating that you have been refunded.
